After 1945, Helenowo (several farms) was artificially sectioned off from the village of Władysławowo. The cultural landscape is in decline; two Dutch homesteads (one has been transformed) and the old Stochmeier estate with a house from the beginning of the 20th century have survived. After 1945, the latter estate was converted to a state farm. A system of draining canals and a general field layout have been preserved; however, the section of the village located by the highway No. 7 has been strongly transformed by construction of modern commercial buildings.

No. 6 is a Dutch homestead of the longitudinal type situated on the western side of the road, facing it with its ridge. The house was erected in the 4th quarter of the 19th century on a stone and brick foundation. It has a corner-notched log structure with quoins covered by boards imitating Tuscan pilaster, a queen post - purlin roof structure, and pantile roofing. The gable elevation has 2 axes and a two-level gable with 4 axes on the bottom level, two windows enclosed by a quarter circular small windows, and a semicircular window above. The building is decorated by rich fretwork between wind ties and a pazdur (a wooden ornament placed on a roof ridge). The southern elevation has 5 axes with an entrance located in the 3rd axis from the west. There is a 1.5 story, brick/wooden cowshed from the 20th century (demolition in progress). The barn was taken down earlier.
