The village of Kraffohlsdorf was probably established at the same time as a canal with the same name (the present day Kanał Jagielloński) The date of arrival of Dutch settlers is uncertain. At the beginning of the 19th century, the village had 4 włókas of land, and ca. 12-14 houses. At the beginning of the 20th century, the village had 586 ha and 547 residents.

The cultural landscape of the village has been completely destroyed by an establishment of a state farm. Only a few buildings have survived.

No. 4 is a house from a Dutch homestead situated on the northern side of an old homestead, on the southern side of a local road, facing it with its gable. It was erected in the mid 19th century. The building has a log structure with quoins covered by boards imitating Tuscan pilaster, a vertically boarded gable, a queen post - purlin roof structure with collar ties and angle braces, a low pointing sill, and a brick foundation. The interior has a 2.5-bay layout with 2 rows of rooms separated by a narrow row, which includes a hallway (gable side), a former black kitchen, and a second hallway with a staircase and a corridor to a cowshed. The gable elevation has 4 axes with a porch and an entrance in the 2nd axis from the east, a 2-level gable, a single window enclosed by quarter-circular skylights in the lower level, and a semicircular window above. The eastern elevation has 4 axes and an entrance located in the 2nd axis from the south.
