Map of district

gm. Nowy Dwór Gdański, pow. nowodworski, woj. pomorskie

Until 1945 Neulanghorst (Schrötter)

The village was founded between 1703 and 1706. The sources from 1776 mentioned the following surnames: Barg, Brand, Doleski, Driedger, Friesen, Fuht, Martens, Neufeldt, Puls, Peters, Wiens, and Zacharias. In 1820, the village had 166 residents, including 40 Mennonites.

Village layout - a flood bank row village on the eastern bank of the Panieński Canal and a colonial village on terpy.

The cultural landscape has partially survived with detectable terpy and homestead layouts. In 1986, ca. 10-12 out of 20 old homesteads still had old buildings. Recently, this number has decreased; the surveyors have found 6 longitudinal Dutch homesteads without barns and with mostly modified houses from the 19th century. A characteristic landscape of the Żuławy region has survived with a field layout, a system of polders, an old river bed, and numerous rows of willows along ditches and local roads.

No. 2 is an old longitudinal Dutch homestead situated on a terpa in a colony ca.  200 m from the Marzęcino - Solnica road, facing it with its ridge. The homestead consists of a house and a modified cowshed separated by a high fire wall. The house dates from the 3rd quarter of the  19th century and has a brick foundation, a log structure with quoins covered by boards imitating rustication, a half-timbered, vertically boarded western gable, a queen post - purlin roof structure with angle braces, and pantile roofing. The gable elevation has 3 axes and a 4-axial (bottom section) gable with two windows enclosed by small skylights and a semicircular skylight above. The southeastern elevation has 5 axes and an entrance (with a modern porch) in the 2nd axis from the east.
