D±bskie Holendry was a royal estate village (owned by Rupret Dunin) colonized by the Dutch settlers ca. 1789. In 1790, it had 5 houses. In 1827, the village had 17 houses and 194 residents; in 1880, it had 16 houses and 230 residents.

D±bskie Holendry is a small linear village located north of D±bie and west of the road to Kłodawa. The homesteads are situated on the southern side of a dirt road, which runs latitudinally through the village.

The cultural landscape characteristic of the Dutch colonization is in good condition. Numerous planted willows and poplars, traditional field and homestead layout, and also ponds collecting ground water excess are present. No examples of traditional architecture associated with the settlers are present.
