Map of district

gm. Parzęczew, pow. zgierski, woj. łodzkie

The village consisted of several settlements as early as in the 19th century: Ignacew Górny including adjacent settlement, Ignacew Podleśny including adjacent settlement, Ignacew Dolny or Parzęczewski including adjacent settlement and the manor, and Ignacew Rozlazły. In 1882, Ignacew Górny had 3 houses and 24 residents; Ignacew Rozlazły, 25 houses and 135 residents; Ignacew Dolny, 17 houses and 95 residents; and Ignacew Podleśny, 10 houses and 56 residents.

Ignacew Rozlazły is a large linear and multi-street village located to the south of Parzęczew; homesteads are situated on both sides of roads running through the village in an arrangement close to latitudinal and longitudinal.

Elements of the cultural landscape characteristic of the Dutch colonization are detectable. Fields, which stretch behind the buildings, slightly descend away from the road. Scarce poplar and willow trees extracting water excess from the soil have survived. One example of traditional Dutch buildings is present.

Object no. 28 is masonry and wooden building erected in the 1930s. It is situated along a east-west line facing the village road with a gable. Residential section, barn and a small cowshed located under a common roof. It is made of fieldstones (the residential section), pine in a tenon-post structure planked with vertical boards (entrance hall and barn), and clay (small cowshed added to the southern elevation; currently functions as a storage room). The building has double-pitched and pent (the entrance hall and cowshed) roofs covered with roofing paper. It has a single-bay interior and a rebuilt fire system. The building is in satisfactory condition. The homestead has a rectangular layout with the shorter side adjacent to the road. The homestead surrounded by a picket fence.
